In Ruba Spring Facility, we manufacture “BONNELL SPRING”, “BONNELL SPRING UNIT” and “POCKET SPRING UNIT” for Mattress and Sofa Manufacturers.
In Ruba Spring Facility, we manufacture “Bonnell Spring” according to TS-7167 STANDARD for Mattress and Sofa Manufacturers. The Height of “Bonnell Spring” can be manufactured from 75 mm to 170 mm with 4-5-6 spins. Head diameter of “Bonnell Spring” can be manufactured from ø70 mm to ø96 mm with steel wire diameter from 1,90 mm to 2,45 mm. We apply heat treatment on “Bonnell Spring” in order to prevent sagging. Bonnell Springs are packed as 500-1000 KG on “EUR” pallet with dimension 100 cm X 120 cm and the pallets are with nylon overwrap and plastic strapped.

The height of “Bonnell Spring Unit” can be manufactured from 100 mm to 170 mm with 4-5-6 spins. Head Diameter of “Bonnell Spring Unit” can be manufactured from ø70 mm to ø96 mm with Steel Wire diameter from 1,90 mm to 2,45 mm and helical (spiral) wire diameter 1,40 mm and 1,30 mm.
We have the ability of manufacturing different types of “Bonnell Spring Unit” as “ With No Frame”, “With One or Two Side Flattened Frame (1,4x10 mm) “ and “ With One or Two Side Straightened Frame (3,50mm – 4,88mm)”.
“Bonnell Spring Units” are rollpacked with craft paper as 6,10 and 12 pcs. in each rollpack in order to save on shipping space.

In Ruba Spring Facility, we manufacture “Pocket Spring Unit” with different wide range dimensions for Mattress Manufacturers. Furthermore, Pocket Spring Unit dimensions can be manufactured according to customer demands. The Height of “Pocket Spring” Unit can be manufactured from 100 mm to 180 mm. Diameter of “Pocket Spring Unit” can be manufactured from ø52 mm to ø65 mm with Steel Wire Diameter from 1,50 mm to 2,00 mm. We use 70 gr/m² - 80 gr/m² spun bonded and needle punch fiber in our Pocket Spring Unit production. The non-helical and knot free Pocket Springs are arranged into a Pocket Spring Unit with the help of clips and frame wires. Pocket Spring is avaible in arranged “Pocket Spring Units” glued to each other as well as in independent non-glued form. “Pocket Spring Unit” can be glued in 2 different ways as “Middle Glued” and “Top –Bottom Glued”. We have 4 different types of zone as “No Zone”, “3 Zones”, “5 Zones” and “7 Zones”.
