In Ruba Foam Facility, we manufacture too many different types of “FOAM” as “ELASTIC”, “TOUGH”, “ULTRA TOUGH”, “SOFT”, “PLUME”, HYPER SOFT”, and “MEMORY” with different range of densities, thicknesses, dimensions and colours for Mattress and Sofa Manufacturers. Furthermore, “Foam” also can be manufactured according to required specifications by customers.

We have the ability of manufacturing “FOAM” between 14 density – 65 density with the colours of “White”, “Grey”, “Pink”, “Blue”, “Green” and “Yellow” by using our advanced and highest technology machinery production lines.
The “FOAM” can be manufactured as a “ROLL FOAM”, with the thickness range from 0,2 cm to 5 cm as well as a “PLAQUE FOAM”, with the thickness range from 0,3 cm to 5 cm.

In “Roll Foam”, the roll width can be arranged between 150 cm – 220 cm and the roll length can be arranged between 70 meter-150 meter. We have also the ability of arranging roll width and roll length according to customer demands. The “Roll Foams” are packed as a roll and the rolls are wrapped with nylon packing.

In “Plaque Foam”, we have different range of dimensions and also dimensions of “Plaque Foam” can be arranged according to customer demands. The “Plaque Foams” are packed as a roll and the rolls are wrapped with Nylon Packing as between 1 pc-10 pcs. Plaque Foam in each roll. Both Foams (“Roll Foam” and “ Plaque Foam”) can be packed with our “Pressed Packing Technology”, which provides serious advantage in transportation for us and our customers.

In Ruba Foam Facility, we supply the highest quality “FOAM” with checking for quality control at every manufacturing step in individual laboratoires of each division.
