RUBATEX NON WOVEN SPUNBOND FABRIC (TNT)

In Ruba Facility, we manufacture “Non Woven Spunbond Fabric” with different range of weights for Mattress Manufacturers. Our “Non Woven Spunbond Fabrics” are technical products and they are manufactured from %100 polypropylene.

We have the ability of manufacturing “Non Woven Spunbond Fabric” between 9 gram/m² - 100 gram/m² with the widht range from 210 cm to 240 cm. “Non Woven Spunbond Fabrics” are packed as a “Roll”. The roll length can be arranged between 250 meter – 1000 meter. We have also the ability of arranging roll length according to customer demands. The rolls are wrapped with Nylon Packing.

RUBATEX POLYESTER FIBER

In Ruba Facility, we manufacture “Polyester Fiber” with different range of weights for Mattress Manufacturers.

Our “Polyester Fibers” are “Non-Stick” products and they are manufactured from %100 polyester. Our “Polyester Fibers” do not loose fullness and do not contain glue like chemicals harmful for human health. The toughness and softness of “Polyester Fiber” can be adjusted according to customer demands. We have the ability of manufacturing “Polyester Fiber” between 30 gram/m² - 600 gram/m² with the widht range from 180 cm to 310 cm. Polyester Fibers are packed as a roll and the rolls can be supplied “with vacuum” or “ without vacuum”. The roll length can be arranged between 25 meter – 100 meter. We have also the ability of arranging roll length according to customer demands. The rolls are wrapped with Nylon Packing.

We also manufacture, “Polyester Bead Fiber” by combining Fiber into standard fiber balls in our Polyester Bead Fiber production line with the highest technology. The “Fiber Beads” are independent from each other with high strength. The “Fiber Bead” is an economic and comfortable metarial for Mattress and Furniture Industry.
